Processing and Shipping Time

Once your order is approved, we work hard to ship it as soon as possible. The average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the city where you placed your order. However, it is important to mention that unforeseen circumstances or delays by your local postal service may occur. Our goal is to ship your order the next business day.

 

Delivery Days
Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

The tracking number will be available within 3-4 business days after your order is approved. You will receive this number via email. You can track your order in real-time with this code. If you do not receive this email, we recommend checking your Spam folder.

We only accept cash on delivery. Currently, we do not offer credit or debit card payment methods, but we are working to provide more options in the future. Additionally, shipping is completely free, so there are no additional costs to the price listed on our website.

If you are not home when the product is delivered, you will receive a call or message from the delivery person. If you cannot receive it that day, another attempt will be scheduled.
